I have some easy tips for you guys that you can use as reference for when you need them in the future. I assure you that all of these are useful and will make doing things easier and your life better.
Ready? Here we go! 1. Create an emergency sadness kit. Put in everything that can and will make you happy. It doesn’t matter what it is just as long as it can put a smile on your face and make your sadness go away, put it there! 2. Workout with a playlist. Add your favorite songs or any song you want to workout to. Not only will it be more fun, you can also use the music to track the time of your workout instead of actually using a timer. 3. Buy things with cash. I know using credit card is convenient but it gives us the illusion that we have a lot of money causing us to spend more. Paying with cash will give us more control over how much we are spending. 4. Ross Gellar your hotel room. For those familiar with the Friends TV show, you surely know how Ross takes everything the hotel ‘owes’ him to make sure he got what he paid for. Take the shampoo bottles you haven’t used up, take home the slippers to you at home, eat up or take home what’s left of your free mini bar. 5. Leave post it notes for yourself. Write something special like a “Go get them, beautiful!” or a “You can do it!” or a poem or quote and then put one on your refrigerator, your bathroom mirror, your night stand or your car. These little notes can make your day brighter when you see them! These are all very simple and easy to do!
