The co-owner had spent over a year working with someone else to set up her systems. Automations half-fired. Three different SOPs existed for the same process. Documentation was scattered across Google Drives owned by outside parties she couldn’t access. Six platforms were integrated — nobody knew what was connected, how it worked, or where to get in. When LI Group started, neither did we.

A scoping spreadsheet full of “still needed” and “missing.”

The client had no operating manual. What they had was an outline in a shared Google Sheet — every onboarding topic tracked in rows, with columns for “Documents/Attachments,” “Homework for LI Group,” “Homework for Client,” and “Comments/Questions” full of notes like “missing formal doc,” “client flagged role shifting,” “marketing portion missing.” The inventory existed. The training didn’t.

Every role got its own subject inside Trainual — with documents, step-by-step pages, tool walkthroughs, and scorecards built specifically for how each team member actually works. Finance, HR, Operations, Sales. Twenty role-specific subjects in total. Each one complete enough that a new hire logs in and knows exactly what to do.

What we built

Twenty role-specific subjects across four departments.

Every role in the business got mapped to a subject — and every subject got built out with documents, pages, tool guides, and scorecards specific to how that role actually runs.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

What if our processes aren't documented anywhere yet?+

That's the most common starting point. Most of what we build starts inside someone's head — yours, your team's, or both. We extract it, organize it, and build it out. You don't need to come to us with anything figured out or written down. That's the whole job.

What do I need to have ready before we start?+

Access to how your business actually runs. Time with you and your team in the first few weeks to map everything out, your tools and platforms, and the willingness to let us ask a lot of questions. We handle everything else.

What does the 12 weeks actually look like?+

The first few weeks are deep strategy — mapping your business, your roles, your client journey. Then we move into the build — content, videos, training paths, all of it. The final weeks are launch, team walkthrough, and handoff. You'll have regular check-ins with us throughout so nothing gets built in a vacuum.

How do payment plans work?+

Payment plans are available. We'll discuss options on your strategy call based on what works for your business. The full investment is $8,000.

What if my business changes significantly after the build?+

Businesses evolve — and so should your operating manual. The build is yours permanently so you can update it yourself anytime inside Trainual. If you want us to come back in and rebuild or expand sections, we offer ongoing support packages. Completely optional.

Can you build inside Trainual if we're already mid-setup?+

Yes. We've come into plenty of builds that were started and abandoned — or started and done wrong. We audit what's there, keep what's useful, and rebuild the rest. You don't need to start from scratch or delete anything before we begin.

What if we have multiple locations?+

The operating manual is built for this. One system. Every location runs from the same manual. Every hire at every location goes through the same training path. We've built operating manuals that run across multiple locations — including Liz's own business which scaled to 9 locations running from one operating manual.

How is this different from hiring someone in-house to build this?+

An in-house hire would need to learn your business, learn Trainual, learn how to build training content, and then build everything from scratch — while also doing everything else you hired them for. We come in already knowing exactly how to build inside Trainual at the highest level. We're done in 12 weeks. An in-house hire might still be figuring it out a year later.
